Materials and Approvals:
Our supplier develops special material compounds with numerous approvals for medical and pharmaceutical applications which comply with national and international regulations. They offer a range of seals for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors produced with specific blends and various certifications:
Silicone (VMQ), platinum-cured silicone (VMQ)
FPM, metal detectable FPM

Production, Control, and Property:
Our supplier can also produce, wash, and pack the seals in a cleanroom. For light material compounds, they can clean and pack the seals in a cleanroom according to ISO Class 8 standards. For standard compounds, there is a gray room available. Additionally, they offer the possibility of cleaning and packaging parts in a cleanroom for clear blends or in a gray room for standard blends.
They also have automatic control equipment. Various devices are used to measure the cleanliness of the seals. In specific cases, they work with external control laboratories.
