At our facilities in Piraeus/Greece we have the revolutionary SKF SEAL JET machining system. We can make seals in minutes instead of waiting days for delivery.

So we can respond with greater speed and agility when you need customized or standard seals/o-rings fast.

We can produce seals up to 400 mm outer diameter to satisfy approximately 80% of standard industrial application demands without the need for a professional operator, costly moulds or tools.

We are at your disposal to make any seal by selecting the desired profile, with your sample or design, ensuring you a fast delivery.

Ecopur

is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer with excellent abrasion resistance, low compression set and high tear strength.

H-ECOPUR
is a hydrolysis-resistant TPU
S-ECOPUR
is a TPU which is modified with solid lubricants
T-ECOPUR
is a TPU with an extended minimum service temperature of down to -50 °C

Ecorubber

Ecorubber-1
Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) is a family of synthetic rubber copolymers of acrylonitrile and butadiene.
Ecorubber-2
FKM materials are elastomers based on fluoro polymers and have outstanding resistance to heat, weathering (UV-light, ozone) and can be used in applications up to 200°C.
Ecorubber-3
EPDM rubbers (ethylene propylene diene monomer (M-class) rubber) are a group of elastomers with excellent resistance to heat, ozone, weathering, hot water, steam, washing agents and polar organic solvents.

Ecomid

is a cast polyamide (PA) with good sliding properties and is used for back-up rings, guide rings and bearing components for diameters above 260 mm.

Ecotal

is a semi-crystalline polyacetal-copolymer (POM) which is used for anti-extrusion rings, guide rings, bushings and scrapers. This material has good mechanical properties, low water absorption and good chemical resistance. It can be used in mineral oils and in water-based, fire-resistant hydraulic fluids (HFA, HFB and HFC).

Material

We are using fit-for-purpose, proprietary polymeric materials.
