igus offers linear robots as flat, line and room linear robots for a wide range of tasks. igus linear robots include preconfigured drylin linear modules and linear axes with igus stepper motors as well as all components required for self-assembly.

Typical applications of our linear robots are pick and place, conveyor belt picking and stacking tasks in three-dimensional space. In most cases, the robot provides the platform on which our customers build their application. In combination with a gripper or suction cup, picking tasks can be implemented very quickly.

The suitable igus Robot Control software can be downloaded free of charge in advance and is optionally available as a version with control system in the switch cabinet or as a top-hat (DIN) rail version. Our linear robots consist largely of our tribologically optimised plastics and allow for significant cost savings.
