Flexible solutions to connect oil injection equipment

Oil injection equipment from SKF is used for mounting and dismounting of pressure joints such as rolling bearings, couplings, gears, flywheels and railway wheels. When the oil injection equipment cannot be connected directly to a pressure joint, a flexible solution is required to connect them.

SKF has discontinued the range of high-pressure pipes. Instead SKF offers high-pressure hoses, replacing the high pressure pipes for the connection of oil injection equipment to pressure joints.

High pressure pipes were often used in conjunction with manually operated and air-driven oil injectors from SKF. To allow a smooth transition SKF offers hose conversion kits which enable many of these oil injectors to be retrofitted with a high pressure hose.
