Paint & coating systems
They have a state of the art spraypaint booth at Rotor headquarters in Eibergen to apply special anti-corrosion coatings.
These coatings will protect your motor against corrosive agents such as seawater and chemical fumes by using several layers of paint with different characteristics.
But it isn't just about applying the paint, they maintain strict control measures and use Traceability and Control forms for each job.
This step produces high-quality work that our customers love and can depend on.
Testing & Certification
In response to growing customer requirements, Rotor has invested in a new test stand in Eibergen.
Their testing facility contains multiple test stand setups on which they can test a wide variety of motors, including medium voltage motors.
Rotor testing facility is also available for final customer inspections and acceptance tests by class societies.
