Dualset valve assembly
For air-operated barrel pumps
With the SKF Lincoln Dualset valve assembly you can easily operate an additional barrel pump next to the main pump. This functionality is valuable when grease consumption is high and automatic barrel change is required. Dualset provides confidence in critical applications providing redundant operation in case of pump failure.
The Dualset valve assembly can be used with all type of lubrication systems utilizing an air-operated barrel pump and control center supporting Dualset feature. Besides SKF control centers like ST-1340, ST-1440, ST-1240 or ST-2240, Dualset can be controlled by customer's DCS.
Dualset comes with a hose kit for Maxilube / MPB pump with “plug and play” connections.

For use in oil circulation lubrication systems
ZM multi-circuit gear pump units are self-priming and valveless pumps. They are used in oil circulation lubrication systems with 5 to 20 separate delivery circuits. Unused outlets must be returned to the reservoir. The pumps consists of an electric motor, adapter flange, coupling and a gear pump. The pump can be mounted separately from the reservoir or as a flanged pump on the reservoir. A special design with seals for horizontal mounting below lubricant level is available. The fluids to be pumped must have enough lubricity for the pump to lubricate itself.
Some of these distribution pumps require an attached, single-circuit priming pump that operates separately. The priming pump restricts differential pressure within the multi-circuit pumps and helps to provide uniform delivery rates. It is advisable to filter the oil upstream of the distribution pump inlet.
