SKF air-assisted oil projection solutions deliver precisely metered amounts of oil on chain surfaces without chain contact. The lubricant is dispensed at pre-set intervals.

- Speed higher than two links per second during lubrication
You can choose from a range of components and configurations to fit your needs.
Our air-assisted projection systems use pneumatically operated metering injectors to deliver minute quantities of oil to projection nozzles. Regulated low-pressure compressed air also is supplied to the nozzles. The air transports and projects the oil through the nozzle tip onto the chain surface without mist formation. A central unit contains the metering injectors, air control, reservoir and control components, such as the automation controller and solenoid valves. Each nozzle is connected to the central unit with distinct tubing for oil and air. Generally, the system is set up to periodically deliver oil during a complete chain lap.
